Wash , clean and dry the bittergaurd completely before use.
Now slit the bittergaurd from between and dessed.
Next in another bowl add pickle masala, vinegar , Salt , red chilli powder and combine well.
Now fill the masala in the bittergaurd one by one.
Next preheat a pan , add mustard oil and heat it until smoke comes out. Then cool it down compleyely.
Now take a sterlize bottle jar and and place all the prepared bittergaurd and pour mustard oil on the top.
Next cover the lid and place the jar under sun for 10 days.
After that spicy bittergaurd is ready to consume.
Tip: Use only sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
